Company Managers as Union Reps
« on: September 12, 2012, 03:22:52 AM »
I've noticed that a certain union uses the companies' supervisors as union representation for the employees/union members.

Do you think that the company supervisor would worry about being a union rep against the company when it was easy to show that the company was SERIOUSLY in the wrong... all the time?

Do you think that you would receive fair representation against your employer by your employer?
